What is Freedom?

What does it mean to be free? Is it the small choices of what to eat or wear? Or maybe where to live or what you can believe in? Now on the planet there is a revealing of control. What you are allowed to watch or share outside the narrative, and what you are allowed to believe is being manipulated. We are being spoon feed an idea that is just untrue.
You think you are free but this is a false reality. The only true freedom you have is within yourself and now is the time for all of us to tune into our selves and feel for our truth. You get decide what you want to believe and experience, question the things that don't feel right.

We know you are confused and what you feel is being felt by many now. Know that as you release these fears it assists many who are also feeling stressed.
How to be free when your ability to move seems gone? What is the best ways to feel free?
Grounding seems simple but if you can find time to get outside where there is a abundance of nature and light energies you will feel the flood of freedom pouring down. Anchor these energies through your body and down into the earth.
This is a big clearing that is happening for the collective. Freedom is not just about movement but it is much bigger. It is about the unnatural suppression of the energy of creation the expression of movement of the mind. Allow yourself to let go and your mind to wonder, to allow your body, your cells to fill with peace. Filling then with the bigger energies of all that is.
Express yourself in the ways that don't require movement, drawing, painting, writing, planning, allow your thoughts the freedom to create the things you would love to be doing. All you truly need is some personal time just to receive and create.
Your mind is yours. Your body a conduit to the biggest part of you and together there will be peace and joy.
All things are by design. This is the time to prepare your wants for the future of humanity.
